What Should You Do If Your Item Arrives Damaged?

I know how excited you must be to receive your order, and I’m sorry if the item you received didn’t meet your expectations due to damages that occurred during delivery. I want you to be delighted with your purchase, so here’s what you can do if your item arrives damaged:

Document the Damage:

First and foremost, don’t throw away the packaging or the item. I know it’s disappointing to receive a damaged item, but it’s important that you keep everything as it is. This is because photos of the item and the packaging can prove the damage, which you’ll need for the next steps.

Reach Out to Us:

Next, within 48 hours of delivery you must contact us by filling out our Damage Form with an explanation of the damage. Please provide as many details as possible about the damage. You will be required to upload photographs of the packaging and the book.

Replacement:

Once I’ve verified the damage, I’ll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. At this time, I do not offer a refund for damaged items.

On occasion I might be traveling and will not be available to replace the damaged item immediately. If that is the case, you will receive an email after you submit the Damage Form with an approximate timeline for shipment of the replacement item.
